I was born with a primary immunodeficiency syndrome, caused by genetic mutations or abnormalities. For this reason I am interested in events that cannot be determined, such as defects and mutations.
Inspired by gene function deletion experiments, this work uses an expired polaroid film. Shooting is always done during everyday life. After shooting I peel off the protective sheet from the film surface and take close up shots of the exposed inside with a digital camera. By trying to capture uncontrollable phenomena in an uncontrolled way I am trying to approach the world, such as works and logic which cannot be touched by human-created systems.
